Each month at Eide Ford, we select one team member as Employee of the Month. This is someone who goes out of their way to do something that not many others are willing to do, is always looking out for the entire team and all customers, and embodies the Eide Philosophy.

Deno Muller, Eide Ford’s 2017 Salesperson of the Year, took home the honor of Employee of the Month for April 2018, as well.

Decades of Service To Bismarck

It’ll come as no surprise to many of you that Deno Muller was recognized as our employee of the month. His work over the past 24 years at Eide Ford Lincoln introduced him to many people in the Bismarck community, and according to what we hear back from customers, he’s been doing a great job!

Heart of the Sales Team

The team here at Eide Ford Lincoln is proud of Deno, and grateful we can learn from him. He's not just a pillar of the Bismarck community, but he's also the heart of the Eide Ford sales team. 

"People come to Deno because they know he's going to take care of them," general sales manager Casey Neumann said. "He's very sincere and truly cares about his customers." 

This sincerity is much appreciated by many customers, who come to our dealership with the stereotype about car salespeople in their mind. Deno has said in the past, he does this job because "I just like helping people." He's breaking those car sales stereotypes for customers and teaching a new generation of salespeople the right way to treat people. 

Deno's care for his customers or his fellow co-workers is unparalleled, and that's why we're proud to honor him once again.
