Twenty-four years ago, Ardeen "Deno" Muller started a career at Eide Ford Lincoln that will never be duplicated. His performance continues to increase year after year with 2017 being no exception to the rule.
Last year alone, Deno sold 301 vehicles with 171 of them being new Fords and Lincolns, which allowed him to keep Eide Ford's Salesperson of the Year Award from last year. He ended 2017 in the #6 position overall among a group of more than 2,100 fellow Ford/Lincoln salespeople in our region (Ford's Twin Cities Region).
Deno's customer service index scores were also unparalleled as he finished the year with a 100% score in the overall salesperson category.
What makes Deno such a unique salesperson is his focus on making sure that every customer has the best possible experience. By keeping the bar set high, he has managed to have a repeat customer index ratio of 82%. This can only be achieved by establishing an individual relationship with every customer who comes through the door at Eide Ford.
When you ask Deno's customers what makes him different, you will find a common denominator: a friendly individual relationship with everyone. This attitude, combined with a passion for serving others has taken Deno's career to a level that very few have achieved.
Deno is also an excellent husband and father. He is dedicated to family and sports here in the Bismarck-Mandan area. By working "smarter, not harder" Deno has always found a way to make it to his son's basketball and football games.
Deno has played both intramural basketball and softball consistently since 1984. Five years ago, Deno spearheaded an effort to start his own team by having Eide Ford sponsor a separate team.
It's this type of outstanding leadership that makes Deno a remarkable person with whom to work and do business, each and every year.
